Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is offered within Australia and select countries, with courier AUSPOST.

Australian Standard shipping with a flat-rate of $10.

We also offer Australian Express shipping with flat-rate of $15.

International shipping is a flat-rate of $30. Exempt of possible import taxes, etc. ($20 for New Zealand customers). 

* Please allow up to two weeks for handmade pieces, as they are made to order

We will do our best to foresee and flag with affected customers any delays being experienced by AUSPOST. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact AUSPOST using your tracking link for more information prior to contacting us. If your parcel is deemed lost or missing please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist. 

Please refer to your tracking number sent with Out for Delivery email sent on dispatch. If you cannot locate this, please check junk/spam folder. If wrong email address was provided, tracking will not reach. Please contact us and we will update your details in our system.
